🏡The Rusty Duck is part of the 3 Duck Ranch small mobile home park. It’s quiet and quaint nested under the mature oak trees. As a special treat, you’ll find fresh duck eggs from my very own ducks in the refrigerator. Enjoy the farm-fresh taste during your stay! Your only: 🚙 10 mins. fom downtown St. Augustine 🏝️ 15 mins. to the beach ✈️ 45 mins. frim KJAX ✈️ 3 mins. KSGJ 🛒 5 mins. to grocery store ⛽️ 2 mins. to gas station 🍷Many restaurants and bars close by. 👩‍🍳 Fully stocked kitchen to prepare your own meals. 🪵 Firepit with firewood provided. Sleeping Arrangements: 🛌 Bedroom 1- Queen bed 🛌 Bedroom 2- Twin Daybed 🛋️Living room- couch that moves to a bed. Sheets, blankets and pillows available in a basket just next to the couch. 💤💤There is also room available for an air mattress if you need it.

We spent 5 days here and it was perfect!Samantha thought of everything in designing The Rusty Duck and was a caring, responsive host. The decor is Insta-gram worthy, and the beds and couch were so comfortable. We didn't have to worry about buying bottled water or ice because there was a Brita pitcher in the fridge for refilling our water bottles and a nugget ice maker (like that good CFA ice)! I worried about staying so close to the airport because I'm a light sleeper, but I didn't even hear it with the AC on (you can hear the planes from the living room occasionally, but it's not so loud as to be disruptive). This is a quiet area with minimal to no traffic, and we didn't see a single neighbor while we were here. We had about as much fun staying in as we did going out! The yard games, Roku TV, and fire pit were awesome, and we really appreciated the snacks and fresh eggs Samantha left for us! Next time we're in St. Augustine, The Rusty Duck is our first choice!

Samantha had such a sweet, charming, and peaceful home. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay there as we celebrated our anniversary. Samantha even left us a sweet card. Would definitely stay there again!

The Rusty Duck will be a memory forever. My first time in Florida joined by two friends and it was a great experience. The fire pit was loaded with wood and there were plenty of outdoor games for after a round of golf. The duck pillow we named Rusty on the couch was a hit along with the availability of coffee and espressos. Would definitely stay here the next time we come down!

We had a great time and it’s clear that Samantha put a lot of time and thought into her decor- it’s a cute place! When we arrived it was such a pleasant surprise to see Christmas lights turned on to welcome us. Samantha was incredibly responsive and very friendly. I had to check in with her to figure out something shortly after my arrival and she responded immediately. The place had an “old-world Florida” vibe and you could watch the sunrise over the marsh. It was lovely!

We loved staying at the Rusty Duck! The kids loved making hot coco that was left out for our family to make along with some snacks and sweet treats. Adorable cozy and family friendly!

The Rusty Duck was honestly perfect. Super clean, beautiful, and cozy. It had everything we needed. The home matched the true and classic florida marsh style with the perfect touch of ducks. The location was great also; quiet and peaceful area but super close to all the fun stuff in St. Augustine. We visited for a surprise trip for my boyfriend’s birthday and it lived up to the listing and more. We especially loved the outdoor games and the fire pit area. Samantha was consistently responsive and made sure we were all set and comfortable during our stay. We would absolutely love to come visit again in the future.
